Agreed. I think Black Mirror hit at the perfect time; just before these technologies became real. It would be very difficult to make a new season of the show compelling because to stay one step ahead of the technology that already exists would mean drawing up a world so strange that it would be unwatchable by a mass audience. 2030 may be unfathomable to us now.
